Senior SEO Manager .

This isn't a traditional SEO role.

Search has evolved beyond rankings and keywords.

AI-generated answers, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), entity optimisation and LLM visibility are redefining how brands are discovered online.

Our client is at the forefront of this transformation, helping global brands adapt to the future of organic search.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEO professional who wants to combine technical SEO, AI-driven search strategies and client leadership while working with some of the world's leading healthcare and technology brands.

The Role

As a Senior SEO Manager, you'll lead the SEO strategy across a portfolio of international clients, combining traditional SEO with GEO and AI-led search initiatives.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help shape future-facing organic strategies, mentor a small team and collaborate with international colleagues to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver SEO and GEO strategies for global healthcare and technology brands.
  • Drive technical SEO initiatives including site architecture, structured data, internal linking and site performance.
  • Develop AI-focused search strategies, including entity optimisation, LLM visibility and generative search opportunities.
  • Present strategic recommendations and performance insights directly to clients.
  • Manage and mentor up to three team members.
  • Collaborate with international teams to deliver high-quality SEO campaigns.
  • Help shape and evolve the agency's SEO and GEO offering.

About You

You’ll have

  • 4+ years' SEO experience, ideally within a digital agency.
  • Strong technical and strategic SEO expertise.
  • Experience using Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio and leading SEO tools.
  • Confidence presenting strategies and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A genuine passion for AI, Generative Engine Optimisation and the future of organic search.

Experience within healthcare, pharmaceutical or other regulated sectors would be beneficial but isn't essential.
