Account Director to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced consumer PR who wants to take real ownership of their accounts, work across

PR, social and influencer , and be part of an agency where creativity, culture and big ideas genuinely sit at the heart of the work.

Based in a beautiful new

Soho office , you'll work across an enviable portfolio of entertainment, drinks brands, FMCG and broader consumer clients and new business pitches.

The role

  • Lead high-impact consumer PR, press office, social and influencer campaigns , alongside wider integrated brand activity.
  • Take ownership of strategic planning, from annual brand plans through to standalone campaigns and new business pitches.
  • Be a trusted senior contact for clients, providing sharp, commercially-minded counsel and helping drive campaigns forward.
  • Work closely with talented creative, studio and account teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.
  • Lead and support junior team members, while managing budgets, resourcing and multi-layered campaigns.
  • Have plenty of opportunity to shape the work rather than simply manage delivery.

Agency-side consumer PR experience and proven Account Director-level capability.

  • Experience working on consumer brands - drinks, entertainment or culture-led accounts desirable but not essential.
  • Strong earned media instincts, excellent writing and presentation skills, and the ability to spot a great story.
  • Experience developing and delivering creative brand plans and integrated campaigns across PR, social and influencer.
  • Strong organisation, commercial awareness and experience managing budgets and teams.
  • A naturally curious, culturally aware mindset and an enthusiasm for creative, ambitious work.
