The Role
We're looking for a Content & Social Media Manager to own the social presence of our brands and help define how every future brand we build or acquire shows up online. You’ll create content that drives organic growth, builds community and fuels our paid advertising engine.
What You’ll Do
- Create and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging platforms
- Manage content calendars, filming, editing and publishing
- Own community engagement across comments, DMs and social channels
- Identify trends, test new formats and drive organic growth
- Brief and manage UGC creators and content partners
- Report on content performance and identify winning creative
- Help develop and maintain the voice of each brand
What We’re Looking For
- Experience creating content for a consumer brand, agency or personal social media channels
- Strong understanding of what makes content perform on social media platforms
- Confident filming and editing content using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Rush
- Excellent copywriting and brand storytelling skills
- Passion for health, wellness and beauty
- Comfortable being on camera or directing others
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple content streams
- Managing Social Media directly for a portfolio of brands
Nice to Have
- TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing experience
- Experience building creator or influencer communities
- Basic Photoshop, Figma or motion graphics skills
