The Opportunity

This is a highly client services-focused position.

You'll be the person bringing together clients, creative teams, influencers, talent, event partners and internal specialists to make sure campaigns move seamlessly from brief through to delivery.

You'll be involved in the creative briefing process, helping shape ideas and ensuring they answer the client's objectives, before overseeing delivery across influencer, events, activations and PR.

Day-to-day, you could be

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of events, launches, dinners, parties, partnerships and other experiential moments - including being there on the ground to help bring them to life.
  • Overseeing PR activity from a client and account management perspective, working with their specialist PRs rather than being heavily executional yourself.
  • Keeping multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines and budgets moving simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally be a Senior Account Executive ready to step up or an Account Manager with strong agency-side experience and a genuine passion for culture.

We're particularly interested in people who have worked across consumer, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, hospitality, entertainment, music or other culture-led brands.

, what matters is that you understand how brands can connect with culture, people and communities in an authentic way.

You'll need

  • Experience working across some combination of influencer, events, activations, partnerships or PR.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, with confidence leading conversations and presenting ideas.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.
  • Experience sourcing influencers, talent or cultural partners and managing relationships/contracts is highly valuable.
  • A genuine interest in what is happening across culture - from music and fashion to nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, emerging talent and the brands shaping conversations.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach and the confidence to spot opportunities rather than simply respond to briefs.

Why Join?

  • Work with premium, globally recognised brands across drinks, culture and lifestyle.
  • Exposure to an exciting mix of influencer, events, activations, partnerships and PR.
  • Be close to the creative process without being tied to execution.
  • Attend and help deliver exciting events, launches, experiences and cultural moments - there are tons of consumer pop ups, festivals, influencer events and more to attend!
  • Work alongside a collaborative, ambitious team with genuine opportunity for progression.
  • Take increasing ownership of high-profile client relationships and campaigns.
