KRG Holdings Ltd is seeking a senior commercial and talent lead to shape the next chapter of the agency.

You will work closely with the founder to drive revenue growth and roster development, owning the commercial success and P&L for the talent roster.

You will develop talent strategy, set rate cards, and build strategic partnerships while exploring new revenue streams, including podcasts and long-form media projects, with hybrid working and substantial autonomy.
