Kreston Solicitors is a well-established and growing law firm based in London, providing a broad range of legal services to individuals, businesses, investors and property professionals.

Our Property Department is a key area of the firm’s practice, advising clients across a wide range of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

We work closely with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, developers, estate agents, mortgage brokers and lenders, including clients based both in the UK and overseas.

As our real estate practice continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our Property Department and manage a varied caseload.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role based in London.

The successful candidate will manage their own caseload across residential and commercial property matters, taking transactions from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Real Estate Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate
  • New-build experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in residential and commercial property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold matters
  • Ability to manage a caseload independently from instruction to completion
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
