Bookkeeper/Management Accountant in Sandwich

Join Kreston Reeves as a Bookkeeper/Management Accountant and take the next step in your career within our growing Outsourcing team. You'll play a key role in delivering high quality outsourcing services to a diverse portfolio of clients, supporting junior team members, building strong client relationships, and ensuring work is completed accurately, on time, and to the highest professional standards.

About the role

• Production and delivery of outsourced work such as bookkeeping/VAT returns/management accounts.
• Managing the delivery of outsourcing work for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring work is completed accurately, on time and within budget.
• Acting as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Planning, coordinating and prioritising workflows while working closely with Managers, Directors and Partners.
• Supporting, coaching and reviewing the work of Outsourcing Assistants and Semi Seniors, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
• Preparing and reviewing client work, resolving technical queries and escalating more complex matters where appropriate.
• Maintaining high standards of compliance, including client onboarding, AML/KYC requirements and engagement documentation.
• Monitoring work in progress, supporting billing processes and ensuring effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborating with colleagues across the firm to identify opportunities to enhance client service and support cross-service referrals.
• Contributing to business development initiatives, networking opportunities and client events to support the continued growth of the Outsourcing team.

What we're looking for

• AAT qualified
• AAT part qualified level 4 nearing completion
• Maths & English GCSE - C or equivalent
