Private Client Tax Senior Manager

Your role involves managing a portfolio of private client tax relationships, providing technical expertise, and ensuring high-quality client service while adhering to budgets and fee recovery targets. Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing planning, resourcing, and workflow of client work
• Ensuring work is within budget and obtaining necessary sign-offs
• Providing technical advice and managing tax return cycles
• Monitoring work progress, fees, and WIP
• Developing technical skills and staying updated on legislation
• Proactively seeking tax advisory opportunities

Client and Stakeholder Management:

• Managing and developing your client portfolio
• Responding to client requests and providing support to other SLs

Leadership and People Management:

• Line managing and developing team members
• Setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and supporting recruitment

Business and Financial Management:

• Monitoring team KPIs and performance

Business Development:

• Building networks, generating leads, and cross-selling services
