Kreston Reeves Corporate Finance specialises in providing transaction and lead advisory services to privately owned, owner managed and small/mid-market cap listed companies. Transaction values are typically in the £1 million to £50 million range and include both domestic and cross border projects.

We are looking for a Corporate Finance Associate Director to run the delivery of client assignments, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget. This London-based role operates on a hybrid working model and reports directly to a Director/Partner.

About the role
  • Supporting Corporate Finance assignments from start to completion
  • Reviewing datapacks, reports, Information Memorandums and marketing materials
  • Conducting research into potential buyers, funders and targets
  • Managing project workflows and monitoring assignment progress
  • Liaising with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting Directors and Partners on a range of transaction activities
  • Attending business development and networking events
What we're looking for
  • The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified or equivalent
  • Proven experience managing transactions through to completion
  • Experience working across multiple sectors
  • Several years experience within Corporate Finance
  • Experience of managing a team on ongoing multiple projects
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good commercial and well organised approach
