Description: To support the provision of high-quality development activity across the practice, focussing specifically on the design and delivery of training content on our games based LMS, Attensi, and on the management and administration of this system. Part-time hours can be considered.

About The Role:

  • The LMS: the content, design and all related administration
  • Design of training content which meets learning objectives
  • Transposition of training content into a digital and gaming format
  • Production of data and metrics
  • Setting up and maintaining learning pathways and journeys in our LMS
  • Creating new training content to specifications, using the content creator tool
  • Developing and modernising existing training content and converting to digital and gaming format
  • Allocating relevant pathways to new joiners
  • Dealing with user queries on the LMS
  • Ongoing maintenance of the LMS, including the correction of people data and links within it
  • Discussing training needs with the Head of L&D and/or senior people in Key Service Lines, taking briefs from them and converting these briefs to relevant content
  • Using reporting and metrics within the system to measure the success of development activities, and making recommendations to KSLs and the Head of L&D based on these metrics
  • Running learning campaigns
  • Supporting the Head of L&D and Student Manager with other related L&D activity, including the support of our students
  • Working collaboratively with the broader People Team to identify, design and deliver training and develop content

  • Confident across a range of technology solutions, including game based technology
  • Evidence of the ability to create learning content and to deliver to a very specific learning need
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to view a problem from different perspectives in order to identify the best solution for the business
  • Exceptional attention to detail
