About the role
Your key responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant Manager include but are not limited to:
- Plan and prioritise client Accounts work and ensure establishment of scope and budget for each piece of client Accounts work under own control and ensure adequate briefing to team members where relevant.
- Preparation and delegation of key client Accounts work.
- Supervise the progress of work and maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on the advancement of tasks.
- Work directly with clients to develop those relationships and expand advisory services delivered.
- Opportunities to represent the firm at networking events to build our profile locally.
- Ensure timely preparation of bills for own client Accounts work and ensure they are promptly sent to the client.
What we're looking for
- ACA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
- Ability to prioritise workload and adaptable
- Someone who has an enquiring nature
- Team player who can work independently when required
