Marketing & Communication Specialist

(m/w/d)

Sie entwickeln in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung innovative Kommunikationsstrategien, pflegen Lieferantenbeziehungen und betreuen alle Kommunikationskanäle.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie entwickeln Marketinganalysen, setzen Marketingstrategien um und arbeiten die Kundenfeedbacks auf
  • Sie erstellen zielgerichtete Redaktionspläne und setzen operative Marketingpläne mit eigenständiger Budgetverantwortung um
  • Sie erstellen und pflegen ansprechende und informative Inhalte für verschiedene Kanäle, darunter Blogposts, Social Media und Newsletter
  • Sie entwickeln selbstständig die Content-Kampagnen und analysieren deren Performance
  • Sie pflegen und aktualisieren die Website mit SEO-optimierten Content)
  • Sie nehmen aktiv an der Produktentwicklung teil indem sie bei Produktrecherchen mitarbeiten und die Verkaufsmaterialien erstellen (Druck- & Werbematerial)
  • Events organisieren und führen Sie eigenverantwortlich durch

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, idealerweise im Bereich Interior/Design
  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Bereich Social Media Management und Content Creation
  • Hervorragende Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie Teamplayer
  • Kenntnisse in SEO und Websitepflege
  • Kenntnisse von grafischen Programmen (InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD) sind von Vorteil
  • Kreativität und strategisches Denken, gepaart mit einem hohen Maß an Eigeninitiative
