Your role as Practice Manager
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the practice from day one, with a strong focus on people, performance, and compliance. You will:
- Lead, motivate and manage the full practice team
- Manage rotas, staffing levels and day-to-day operations
- Drive KPIs, revenue growth and diary utilisation
- Support clinicians to maximise private treatment uptake
- Oversee compliance, CQC standards and clinical governance
- Implement and improve systems and processes
- Ensure an excellent patient journey and customer experience
- Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture

This role is ideal for a Dental Nurse ready to step into a true leadership position. We’re looking for someone who:
