Your role as Practice Manager

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the practice from day one, with a strong focus on people, performance, and compliance. You will:

  • Lead, motivate and manage the full practice team
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels and day-to-day operations
  • Drive KPIs, revenue growth and diary utilisation
  • Support clinicians to maximise private treatment uptake
  • Oversee compliance, CQC standards and clinical governance
  • Implement and improve systems and processes
  • Ensure an excellent patient journey and customer experience
  • Build a positive, accountable, high-performance culture

What we’re looking for

This role is ideal for a Dental Nurse ready to step into a true leadership position. We’re looking for someone who:
