An exciting opportunity to join a well-known successful independent Motor Factors has arisen in Devon, as a BRANCH MANAGER .

The business enjoys an excellent reputation in the locality for accuracy, quality and reliability, providing an excellent service to both trade and retail customers.

You will lead the branch’s small team to ensure they deliver their KPi’s and upkeep the standards expected by the clientele.

To be considered you must have a background in the automotive Parts environment as a Senior Advisor or Supervisor, ideally gained within a motor factor (although those from the franchised dealer sector are also invited to apply).

You will be conversant with all activities associated with the role and be experienced / competent in team leadership / motivation.
