We are seeking a SENIOR PARTS ADVISOR to join a franchised main dealer operation in Exeter. You will be an integral member of the aftersales team, representing a selection of popular automotive brands. You will need automotive Parts knowledge and experience; ideally gained within another main dealer, although from a motor factors’ background are also very much encouraged to apply. It is also essential that you have the enthusiasm, drive and commitment to maximise the department’s performance.
Your responsibilities will extend to the supply of genuine manufacturer Parts. Dealing with retail and trade customers, you will also cater to the demands of the workshop. Placing special orders, undertaking stock-checks and delivering a great standard of customer service, are all key activities.
