Essential requirements include:
- Experience in a customer services physical sales environment.
- Confidence in face-to-face customer interaction.
- Being professional and smart in appearance.
- A good standard of literacy and numeracy.
- Strong IT skills and the ability / willingness to learn new systems / processes.
- A genuine desire and motivation to succeed in motor vehicles Sales.
- A full driving licence without excess penalty points.
You’ll need to possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated to achieve your targets and dedicated to providing your customers with a great standard of service.
Your career history should be a stable one and include experience in a physical sales environment.
