We’re looking for an ambitious SALES CONTROLLER to join a busy, successful franchised dealership representing a well-known and fast-growing international vehicle brand. This opportunity would suit an experienced Sales Controller or a high-performing Senior Sales Executive ready to take the next step in their career.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
- Driving showroom activity, performance and customer satisfaction
- Managing sales processes, compliance and deal profitability
- Assisting with stock management and vehicle displays
- Coaching and developing Sales Executives
- Handling finance, part exchange and vehicle deal structuring
- Working closely with senior management to maximise results
