Do you enjoy helping people and delivering outstanding customer service? We’re looking for a friendly, professional SERVICE ADVISOR to join a successful Aftersales team representing one of the automotive industry’s most prestigious brands.
You’ll be the welcoming face of the department, guiding customers through servicing and repair visits, keeping them informed throughout and ensuring every experience is smooth, straightforward and enjoyable.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous customer service experience within a franchised motor dealership, quality independent garage or similar automotive environment.
- A genuine passion for customer care.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A positive, organised approach.
- The ability to thrive in a busy team.
- Full UK driving licence.

Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern between 8:00am and 6:00pm, plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
