Looking for a role that combines your automotive knowledge with strong customer service and administration skills, without the pressures of a dealership environment?
A highly successful, UK-wide fleet and mobility business is seeking a FLEET MAINTENANCE ADVISOR to join its friendly Head Office team in Exeter.
Working behind the scenes to keep a substantial vehicle fleet moving, you’ll liaise with suppliers, authorise repairs, monitor maintenance schedules and ensure vehicles are returned to service quickly, efficiently and to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Authorising repairs and maintenance work
- Liaising with workshops, suppliers and internal teams
- Monitoring servicing and maintenance requirements
- Managing repair progress and agreed timescales
- Maintaining accurate records and administration
- Building strong relationships across a national network
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive aftersales, service advisor or fleet maintenance experience
- Knowledge of 1Link would be advantageous
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
