We are supporting an independent family run company in the Dawlish area – founded over 45 years ago they have built their reputation by providing quality vehicle repairs and exceptional customer care.
They now seek an experienced Technician to join their small tight knit team at their modern workshop facility.
They are offering a strong basic salary for a Monday to Friday working week. Quality and a positive attitude are key. You’ll find an enjoyable working environment, with flexibility to support you in achieving a healthy work / life balance. There are no target related bonuses, purely a focus on completing a high standard of work within sensible time frames.
This company has a very low staff turnover, and so they seek a true team player who has a wide automotive technical skillset, significant experience and a minimum NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair – an MOT tester’s certificate would be an advantage, although the business will happily put the right candidate through the necessary training.
