Summary of job: This position reports to the Senior Manager Electronics. The role is based in the company's R designing embedded FPGA control and acquisition systems will be considered an advantage. (E) High speed digital design, microcontroller/microprocessors, memory, timing (E) Analogue design, power management, sensor interfaces, ADC/DACs, amplifiers and control. (E) Schematic Capture and PCB Design –Altium, “Cadstar” preferred. (E) Communication interface design from board to board and network connectivity (E) High Voltage design knowledge is an advantage(D) C/C++ firmware, VHDL design and Xilinx “Microblaze” experience an advantage.
