We’re looking for an entrepreneurial operator to work directly with the Founding Team on growth and operations. The Growth Operations Associate is a broad, strategic and hands‑on role to provide hands‑on support across the full breadth of operations. This is a generalist role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants exposure to every aspect of scaling a B2B SaaS company. You’ll work across Operations, GTM, Finance, HR and Legal – building processes, automating workflows, and helping the leadership team execute on growth priorities. There’ll also be involvement with special projects and direct access to senior management.

What You’ll Do

  • Growth Operations
    • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to support and execute scalable growth operations.
    • Manage the sales tech stack and evaluate new tools to increase team efficiency; optimize CRM processes to improve data hygiene, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy.
    • Drive strategic planning, forecasting, reporting and performance tracking across the sales organization.
    • Assist the GTM team with client support activities such as proposals, demos, onboarding activity and collateral.
  • Business Operations
    • Work with the Founding Team to design, document, and execute new operational processes across the business.
    • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation using no‑code/low‑code tools and AI.
    • Manage vendor relationships and procurement.
    • Collect, analyse and report operational data to identify improvements and drive efficiency.
    • Assist with investor and board reporting.
    • Support with financial reporting, month‑end close and processing of invoices and expenses.
    • Support HR activities across the group including onboarding/offboarding, systems, workflows and documentation.
    • Contribute to legal negotiations, drafting, reviewing and management of the legal function.
    • Support with ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance and its audit preparation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience
    • 3‑5 years in operations, business operations, growth or a generalist role in a high‑growth environment.
    • Exposure to at least three of: operations, finance, HR, legal, product.
    • Experience at a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or technology companies preferred.
    • Worked with startups and/or has an entrepreneurial background.
  • Skills
    • Adept with Microsoft Office, Xero and data analysis.
    • Comfortable with CRMs and GTM tools.
    • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to increase productivity.
    • Ability to context‑switch and prioritise competing demands.
    • Nice to have experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) and data or reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, dashboards).
  • Attributes
    • Bias for action – you solve problems rather than escalate them.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete information.
    • High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
    • Genuinely curious about how businesses operate.

What We Offer

  • Life insurance, critical illness cover, and cycle‑to‑work scheme.
  • Office based with the potential for remote working.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
  • Potential for equity participation.
  • Opportunity for career progression and to shape operations at a scaling company with global enterprise clients.
