The Role

We're looking for an entrepreneurial operator to work directly with the Founding Team on growth and operations. The Growth Operations Associate is a broad, strategic and hands-on role to provide hands-on support across the full breadth of operations. This is a generalist role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants exposure to every aspect of scaling a B2B SaaS company.

You'll work across Operations, GTM, Finance, HR and Legal - building processes, automating workflows, and helping the leadership team execute on growth priorities. There’ll also be involvement with special projects and direct access to senior management.

What You'll Do

  • Growth Operations
    • Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Marketing to support and execute scalable growth operations
    • Manage the sales tech stack and evaluate new tools to increase team efficiency; optimize CRM processes to improve data hygiene, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy
    • Drive strategic planning, forecasting, reporting and performance tracking across the sales organization
    • Assist the GTM team with client support activities such as proposals, demos, onboarding activity and collateral
  • Business Operations
    • Work with the Founding Team to design, document, and execute new operational processes across the business
    • Identify inefficiencies and implement automation using no-code/low-code tools and AI
    • Manage vendor relationships and procurement
    • Collect, analyse and report operational data to identify improvements and drive efficiency
    • Assist with investor and board reporting
    • Support with financial reporting, month-end close and processing of invoices and expenses
    • Support fundraising preparation (data rooms, investor materials etc)
    • Support HR activities across the group including onboarding/offboarding, systems, workflows and documentation
    • Contribute to legal negotiations, drafting, reviewing and management of the legal function
    • Support with ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance and its audit preparation

What We're Looking For

  • Experience
    • 3-5 years in operations, business operations, growth or a generalist role in a high-growth environment
    • Exposure to at least three of: operations, finance, HR, legal, product
    • Experience at a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or technology companies preferred
    • Worked with startups and/or has an entrepreneurial background
  • Skills
    • Adept with Microsoft Office, Xero and data analysis
    • Comfortable with CRMs and GTM tools
    • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to increase productivity
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Ability to context-switch and prioritise competing demands
    • Nice to have experience in automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar) and data or reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, dashboards)
