Samen met jouw collega’s in het team ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de omzet binnen jouw afdeling. Je werkt nauw samen in klantenteams en draagt bij aan onze kernwaarde: Customer First. Deze functie is fulltime (minimaal 32 uur), waarbij je gedeeltelijk thuis kunt werken.
Als Product Specialist Hydrauliek ben jij de schakel tussen onze klanten en Kramp. Dankzij jouw expertise kunnen we langdurige en waardevolle relaties opbouwen met onze klanten. Je hebt een afwisselende functie waarbij de volgende taken centraal staan:
- behandelen van technische vragen van klanten
- opstellen van offertes en advies geven over producten
- begeleiden van klanten bij het optimaal gebruiken van onze webshop
- signaleren van trends en ontwikkelingen binnen het assortiment en de markt
Je komt te werken in een Customer Service Team. In je team werk je nauw samen met andere productspecialisten hydrauliek en ook met andere specialismen. Verder zitten er ook customer service specialisten in je team. De sfeer is gemoedelijk, nuchter én gezellig.
Wie ben jij?
Om een goed advies te kunnen geven, heb je kennis van hydrauliek. Daarnaast werk je graag in een innovatieve omgeving waar meedenken, ondernemerschap en persoonlijke ontwikkeling centraal staan. Verder heb je:
- een opleiding gevolgd in een technische, commerciële en/of landbouwtechnische richting
- sterke adviesvaardigheden en kun je oplossingsgericht werken
- kennis van verschillende softwaretools en systemen
- uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- basiskennis van de Engelse taal, vooral voor interne communicatie
