What is your role?

As a Paid Search Specialist, you will play a vital role in setting up, optimizing and managing paid search campaigns for our regional clusters: Benelux, CEE, DACH, Nordics and Southwest Europe. You will co-work with your colleague paid-search experts to take our performance marketing efforts to the next level. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Campaign Management: creating, managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth.
  • Data analysis: analysing campaign performance and translating insights into actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: partnering with performance marketing specialists across SEO, paid social, email marketing and customer journey management to develop integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Innovation: identifying new opportunities, testing innovative approaches and keeping Kramp at the forefront of paid search advertising.
  • Stakeholder Support: serving as a trusted advisor to our regional clusters, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Your team

Together with 6 colleagues, you will work in the Performance Marketing team, a very dynamic team led by Theo Lentjes. You will be working in a melting pot of nationalities and cultures. The team is very innovative, experienced and works at a high level. Great for you, because you can learn a lot here and there is plenty of room to grow. We work hybrid. Every Monday, we work together in our office in Varsseveld, on Tuesdays in Utrecht.

Who are you?

You are an experienced paid search professional with a passion for performance marketing and a drive to make a measurable impact. You’re comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment and thrive in a collaborative, innovative team. You can also recognize yourself in the following:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in paid search advertising, preferably agency-side.
  • Education: Bsc in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Expertise: strong knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and other relevant platforms. Certification is a plus.
  • Analytical skills: proficiency in analysing campaign data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Mindset: positive, open-minded and adaptable with a test-and-learn approach.
  • Communication: fluent in English, additional European languages are a bonus.
  • Project management skills: ability to manage multiple budgets, timelines and stakeholder expectations.
