If yes, we have the perfect role for you!
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness across the UK. Your mission will be to put Kramp front-of-mind for our target audiences — from end users to our dealer network — using products, campaigns, and compelling content to tell our story and grow our market presence. In this fast-paced role, you will balance long-term brand-building with day-to-day marketing delivery.
You will collaborate closely with our global marketing team to deliver group-wide marketing campaigns, while ensuring they are adapted and localised for maximum relevance and impact in the UK market. You will also support our external sales team, helping them strengthen relationships with customers and drive activity in dealerships, as well as on our dealer-inclusive online platform.
What is your role?
- Lead the charge in driving UK brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the global marketing team to deliver global campaigns, putting a local spin on them to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the UK market.
- Actively seek out product and market information to create engaging, accurate, and persuasive content.
- Support our external sales team with marketing materials, campaigns, and tools to help them support customers and dealers.
- Build campaigns that both strengthen the Kramp brand and increase turnover for your product areas.
- Create content for multiple channels — social media, email, website content pages — tailored to different audiences (B2B and B2C).
- Plan and execute segmented email campaigns to targeted customer groups.
- Support dealer marketing activities designed to bring end users into dealerships or onto our online platform.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
- Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in planning and promoting events and exhibitions (experience helpful but not essential).
Who are you?
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a track record of delivering results.
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced B2B or B2C environment.
- Natural relationship-builder, able to connect and collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong customer-first mindset, always putting the audience at the heart of campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Crafting and editing copy for impactful marketing campaigns.
- Building content pages within a CMS.
- Delivering effective email marketing and segmentation strategies.
- Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.
- A keen interest (or experience) in AI developments and/or paid advertising – enthusiasm to learn is just as valuable.
- CIM qualification (or working towards one) is a great bonus.
- Experience in design and events is desirable, but not essential.
What do we offer?
- Competitive salary
- Inclusive culture with lots of opportunities for growth
- Profit sharing bonus
- Flexible working
- 25 days paid annual leave per year, plus 8 bank holiday days
- Large staff canteen, kitchen and changing facilities
- Company pension
- Cycle to work scheme
- Health & wellbeing program
- Life insurance
- Private medical insurance with access to GP appointments 24/7
- Free electric car charging on site
- Access to free personal development courses
