We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our UK team. This is a demanding but exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening financial performance mindset within the cluster.
What is your role?
- Partnering with Commercial and Operations teams as a key member of the Cluster Country Management Team
- Co‑creating and influencing strategic decisions to deliver sustainable growth, profitability and cash performance
- Leading business performance processes, with a focus on ROIC and value creation
- Proactively identifying risks and opportunities, enabling smarter, faster decision‑making
- Supporting the development and execution of local market strategies, including sales growth and margin improvement plans
- Overseeing key finance activities across the region, including cash collection and audit coordination, in close collaboration with central Finance Operations
Main Responsibilities
- Move beyond reporting into true business partnering and strategic influence
- Shape how finance adds value across a complex, multi‑country environment
- Work closely with senior leaders and directly impact business outcomes
- Play a key role in embedding a modern, data‑driven finance function
Who are you?
- Business and Financial acumen

Experience required
- Finance qualification (MSs in Finance, MBA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance, preferably in Agri, B2B, e‑commerce
- Relevant working experience in Finance Business Partnering
- Experience with financial reporting tools (preferably Oracle) and strong Excel capabilities
- Experience with project management
