As Global Marketing Director, you will drive the strategy and spirit connecting marketing leaders across 24 countries (30 Brand & Marketing team direct and 10 country Brand & Marketing leads indirect) blending global insights with local expertise to deliver impact through deep collaboration.

Your role
- Define, measure, and deliver ambitious goals for brand awareness, retention, and business growth, using actionable data and insights.
- Drive the European omnichannel marketing vision, balancing global brand consistency with local creativity and impact.
- Work closely, on a daily basis, with category management, omnichannel sales, customer service, sales excellence, digital commerce, and analytics & insights teams to innovate and improve every facet of the customer experience.
- Empower country managers with strategic freedom, clear guidelines, and collaborative partnerships.
- Design and orchestrate the entire customer journey, integrating the brand experience seamlessly across all channels and touchpoints, from first impression to lasting loyalty.
- Ensure that every interaction with Kramp, whether online or offline, reflects and enhances what our brand stands for at every stage.
- Instill a data-driven, performance-focused mindset, shaping Kramp’s future through actionable insights and visionary thinking.

The role is an excellent opportunity for a performance-driven marketing leader with experience in the B2B and B2C domain, who is eager to join an organization in a company-wide digital transformation. The ideal candidate has experience working in an international matrix organization and a track record in change management during a transformation. The Director of Brand & Digital Marketing has a unique opportunity to build and shape the role from the ground up, and in doing so, take Kramp’s digital domain to a higher level.
