Hours: Monday to Friday 2pm – 10.15pm
Salary: Up to £42k plus Bonuses

We're looking for a proactive and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our Outbound team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in a fast-paced logistics environment, where you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, safely, and on time.

What you will be doing?
As Warehouse Supervisor reporting directly into our Warehouse Manager, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting the daily operation of the Outbound function, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the Outbound team consisting of 50 plus employees working in our picking/packing operation, to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Driving performance against operational KPIs, quality measures, and productivity targets
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practice across warehouse processes
- Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to set and achieve daily and weekly operational objectives
- Leading team briefings and communicating clear priorities and expectations
- Creating a culture focused on safety, quality, engagement, and accountability
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to maximise individual and team performance
- Managing attendance, performance, conduct, and capability in line with company policies
- Identifying training and development needs, ensuring team members are appropriately trained across logistics operations
- Promoting a "Right First Time" mindset to maintain exceptional service standards
- Ensuring all vehicles are loaded safely and accurately in line with operational and health and safety requirements
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and implementing 5S principles throughout the warehouse
- Supporting new operational projects and initiatives as required
About you?
We're looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and can motivate a team to achieve great results. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse or Logistics Supervisor role (minimum 1 year)
- Experience of workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational organisation
- Knowledge of people management processes, including employee relations matters
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire teams
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A flexible and adaptable mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- A strong commitment to health and safety standards
- Good IT skills and confidence using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to support operational activities when required
- A commitment to delivering quality and achieving a "Right First Time" approach
