We are now seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our UK sales team. This is a demanding but exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving growth and strengthening relationships with our customers. Not only will you be managing and developing key accounts, but you will also be working closely with senior leaders to deliver long-term business strategies.

If you have strong relationship-building skills, a commercial mindset and experience in agriculture and sales, this could be the right challenge for you!

What is your role?

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager who thrives on building trust, creating value, and contributing to long-term success for our customers. This is a strategic and rewarding role where success comes from deep understanding, collaboration, and thoughtful engagement with customers. You’ll combine commercial awareness with a calm, confident approach that helps customers see you as a trusted partner.

The Account Manager is responsible for:

  • Building enduring, trust-based relationships with agricultural dealers and other partners within your territory, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
  • Translating the Kramp strategy into a clear, actionable plan tailored to your region’s long-term growth.
  • Demonstrating genuine curiosity about each customer’s business model, helping them plan ahead rather than react to challenges.
  • Working closely with internal specialists to deliver solutions that create real value for our customers.
  • Working proactively with customers to identify shared opportunities that strengthen both businesses over time.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life – connecting customer insights with Kramp’s innovation and service capabilities.
  • Representing Kramp at trade shows, customer events and dealer open days.

Your role:

  • Manage and develop customer accounts in line with Kramp’s growth strategy.
  • Create annual account and territory plans with clear actions for sustainable growth.
  • Achieve balanced objectives across growth, margin, customer engagement and share of wallet.
  • Support customers with webshop adoption, digital tools, and services (EDI, Scan-to-Order, Powered by Kramp).
  • Proactively identify long-term opportunities to expand Kramp’s relevance across Agriculture, Forest & Grasscare and Construction.
  • Act as the voice of the customer – sharing insight, feedback and opportunities that shape Kramp’s strategic direction.
  • Provide market insights and competitor feedback to the wider Kramp business.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented and followed up using CRM.

Who are you?

  • Experience in a similar B2B Account Management role, with a proven ability to develop lasting business relationships that deliver mutual value.
  • A connection to the agriculture sector.
  • Degree in a commercial or technical area, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills – able to adapt your style to suit different stakeholders.
  • Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You listen actively, communicate with clarity and purpose, and can influence through credibility rather than pressure.
  • You bring a composed, professional presence – able to stay focused and objective even in challenging situations.
  • Self-driven and organised, with the resilience to maintain a long-term, strategic focus.
  • Strong IT skills – confident in Microsoft Office tools and quick to learn new systems and technologies.
  • Willingness to work alongside new technologies, including embracing the use of AI in daily work.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and occasionally more widely for business events or meetings.
  • Flexibility to combine customer visits with home working and time in the Biggleswade office when needed.
