We are looking for a Product Specialist – Construction to join our team in Biggleswade. In this role, you will use your technical expertise to advise customers, support sales, and contribute to the development of our product range within the construction sector. A solid understanding of workshop requirements for servicing, maintaining, and repairing construction equipment is essential, along with familiarity with major industry brands and commonly used machines within the UK market. Knowledge of pricing, market trends, and product data management is highly desirable.
What is your role?
- Responding to incoming technical enquiries from customers
- Preparing quotations and providing product recommendations
- Supporting customers in optimising their use of our webshop
- Monitoring market trends and developments related to product range and pricing
- Producing sales analyses for construction product categories
- Collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs
