Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with Commercial and Operations teams as a key member of the Cluster Country Management Team
  • Co‑creating and influencing strategic decisions to deliver sustainable growth, profitability and cash performance
  • Leading business performance processes with a focus on ROIC and value creation
  • Proactively identifying risks and opportunities, enabling smarter, faster decision‑making
  • Supporting the development and execution of local market strategies, including sales growth and margin improvement plans
  • Overseeing key finance activities across the region, including cash collection and audit coordination, in close collaboration with central Finance Operations

Qualifications:

  • Business and Financial acumen
  • Strong engagement, presentation and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong bias for action and ownership

Experience Required:

  • Finance qualification MSs in Finance, MBA, CIMA or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance, preferably in Agri, B2B, e-commerce
  • Relevant working experience in Finance Business Partnering
  • Experience with financial reporting tools (preferably Oracle) and strong Excel capabilities
  • Experience with project management
