About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join the team supporting our key solution line, Kraken Customer Management. In this role, you’ll own and execute the go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for one or more products, ensuring they are positioned for success in a highly competitive market. You’ll be the expert on at least one of our core buyer personas, tailoring messaging and developing compelling content to drive adoption and support sales efforts. Working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams, you’ll play a critical role in driving product adoption, influencing strategic decisions, and enabling the field to win. This is a high‑impact, hands‑on role for someone who blends strategic thinking with strong execution, commercial acumen, and deep understanding of the energy space.

Key responsibilities

  • Ambassador: Bring deep customer, market, and competitor insights into Kraken, leading in-depth research and competitive analysis to guide differentiation and positioning.
  • Strategist: Own and execute GTM strategy for one or more products with minimal oversight. Partner with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to drive adoption, refine pricing and packaging, and meet business objectives.
  • Storyteller: Master at least one buyer persona and develop compelling messaging and thought leadership that resonates. Drive content strategy across channels to support demand and awareness.
  • Evangelist: Develop business cases, pitch decks, and collateral to enable sales success. Lead sales training on positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies to ensure teams are equipped to win.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in launching and marketing B2B SaaS products, ideally at an enterprise sales company.
  • Background from one of the following sectors: energy, climate change, electric vehicles or smart transport.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong storytelling with the ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience conducting customer and market research to drive insights and strategy.
  • International experience or knowledge of other languages in addition to English is welcome.

We are prioritising candidates based in London so they can come to the office at least three days a week.
