Kraken is a technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. We help optimise renewable generation, create a more intelligent grid, and enable utilities to provide excellent customer experiences with our operating system for energy. We are at an exciting stage in the energy transition and seek to shape a better, more sustainable future through technology.
Kraken is building AI-driven, innovative platforms for energy management. The team works on optimizing resources, delivering cost-effective, exceptional customer experiences through CIS, billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications. You will be part of the AI Transformation program, supported by executive sponsorship and multiple parallel workstreams.
What you will do (Responsibilities)
- Set up and run the PMO: SteerCo preparation, regular reporting on programme health, and workstream governance
- Coordinate and mobilise across People, Engineering, Product, and Enablement to resolve dependencies and keep execution moving
- Own budget, staffing, reporting, and KPIs across all workstreams
- Track key metrics: token costs, adoption rates, cycle-time reduction, and manual workflow automation
- Collaborate with the SME working group on data privacy, client trust, and compliance
- Ensure ongoing projects remain distinct ('now', 'next', and 'later') and do not collapse into one lane
You coordinate and report; you do not do every task alone. You will have a front-row seat to running an AI transformation for a fast-paced tech company with executive-level buy-in.
Qualifications / What we look for

- Ability to understand executive stakeholders, build consensus on priorities, and drive progress
- Experience running parallel workstreams in fast-paced environments with a bias toward useful v1s over perfect v2s
- Strong belief in Kraken’s mission and what we are building
