Kraken, a technology company focused on building a smart, sustainable energy system, is seeking a Client Delivery Lead to build industry‑leading product experiences for our clients. The role involves managing the product roadmap, working closely with technology and operational teams, and driving innovation for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with operations and Kraken Technologies Teams to define product vision and strategy
- Identify new ideas and technology to improve the product
- Define the MVP and test & learn approach for the product capability
- Support the business with issue resolution for the product
- Support engineering teams to deliver product features
- Manage the relationship with client counterparts, serving as first point of contact for tech development and issue resolution
- Triage incoming requests and communicate client priorities to the appropriate domains in the development team
- Continuously review and adapt to customer and business needs
Qualifications
- Degree‑qualified equivalent, with strong client delivery and/or product ownership experience
- Domain experience in financial, communications, customer journeys, or marketing & sales products
- Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills
- Experience with product management and customer journeys
- Solid understanding of technology and associated trends
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to challenge traditional ways of thinking
- Experience working with significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
- Patience and client focus; ability to navigate large transformations
- Consulting experience is a plus
