Overview

Kraken is a mission-focused company dedicated to accelerating crypto adoption worldwide. As a fully remote company, we have team members in 70+ countries. This role is part of the Growth team and focuses on delivering a white‑glove experience to our highest‑value private clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality service to HNWI clients worldwide, building and nurturing trusted relationships.
  • Drive KPIs across revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform through data‑driven analysis and proactive strategy execution.
  • Bring Kraken’s private client and VIP offerings to market to ensure benefits remain impactful and competitive.
  • Serve as the trusted point of contact for Kraken’s top private clients, building deep relationships and trust.
  • Execute programs and initiatives that increase client activity, trading, and assets on platform.
  • Leverage blockchain analytics, trading data, and client insights to inform revenue‑generating efforts and strategic decision‑making.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and client service teams to champion new efforts that drive private client growth and loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years in relationship management, account management, or private client sales, with at least 2 years in the crypto space and a track record with HNWIs.
  • Deep understanding of trading product solutions (spot, margin, futures, OTC, lending).
  • Ability to be scrappy, bold, and unafraid to explore alternative and creative solutions to achieve results.
  • Highly data‑driven, with expertise in analyzing KPIs such as client portfolio revenue, trading volume, and assets on platform.
  • Strong personal network within the crypto industry, particularly across HNWI.
  • Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems and market dynamics beyond blue‑chip tokens.
  • Fully aligned with the cypherpunk values outlined in Kraken’s Tentaclements.
  • Passionate about the cryptocurrency world, proactive about learning new industry trends.
  • Skilled at building meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Can travel up to 10% of the time to visit clients and attend events.
  • Fluency in English is required; native‑like proficiency in an additional language (e.g., French, German, Dutch, Mandarin, Arabic) is a plus.
