As a recruiter for Kraken, you partner with senior stakeholders to design and execute strategic hiring plans that outperform market timelines. You’ll source and place mission-aligned talent across geographies in a fast, remote-native environment. You drive data-informed decisions, champion Kraken culture, and remove blockers to deliver high-value hires. This role sits at the intersection of crypto, fintech, and talent strategy, offering impact at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute hiring strategies with hiring managers, backed by data and market insights
- Develop creative sourcing plans for prioritized roles
- Drive change in complex environments and push for constructive conversations
- Own end-to-end recruitment, removing blockers and delivering high-value hires
- Leverage AI as a core tool to improve speed and quality of work
- Promote Kraken culture and ensure candidate alignment with mission and values
- Contribute to cross-functional projects to elevate recruiting infrastructure
Key requirements
- Recruitment experience in a reputable, fast-growing technology/product business with a high hiring bar
- Ability to think from first principles and diagnose root causes beyond symptoms
- Fluency with AI in sourcing, screening, market mapping, and reporting
- High energy and consistent drive; proactive and action-oriented
