Overview
In this role, you own the marketing product roadmap for Kraken Consumer, shaping how millions discover and re-engage with our products. You will design and launch campaign experiences across channels, optimize lifecycle messaging, and manage incentives to drive acquisition and activation. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, design, engineering and data to measure impact and scale growth. This is a chance to influence product-backed growth in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end marketing product roadmap and turn campaign ideas into shipped product work
- Design and launch tailored in-app and web campaign experiences from push, email, social, and paid channels
- Elevate lifecycle messaging to drive engagement without noise and improve conversion
- Own incentives for new and returning users (offers, referrals, deposits, earn campaigns)
- Apply user psychology and UX thinking to identify funnel leaks and run experiments to close gaps
- Improve landing pages and search performance and build measurable foundations for paid and offline channels
- Partner with marketing, design, engineering and data as the single owner for growth enablement
- Define key acquisition and reactivation metrics and report results honestly
