As a Senior Performance Creative, you will lead paid static and cross-format video for Kraken Consumer, shaping creative that drives strong performance across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and other platforms. You’ll own end-to-end production from concept to multi-market assets, integrating AI as a core tool while maintaining brand quality. You’ll work closely with product marketing, compliance and regional teams to move ideas from briefs to tested, scalable campaigns. This role blends craft leadership with rapid experimentation in a regulated fintech context, offering influence over creative strategy and performance impact.
Responsibilities
- Own paid static creative for Kraken Consumer across launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity.
- Concept and produce cross-format performance video and AI-generated imagery to fit platform specs and localization needs.
- Version and localize assets across markets, languages, and regulatory requirements.
- Design and execute testable creative with clear readouts that inform next iterations.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance, and regional teams to keep the idea while getting approvals.
- Maintain high craft standards and well-organized asset libraries for reuse.
Key requirements
- 5+ years in performance creative within high-volume in-house teams or agencies, fintech/crypto or regulated sectors preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating paid static and video work, including AI-generated pieces with attribution.
- Proficiency in platform-native design and ability to justify platform-specific builds.
- Proven video production skills from concept to final cut, including sound design.
- Experience with structured creative testing programs and interpreting metrics (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS).
- Fluent copywriting with value-first messaging, minimal jargon.
- Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop) with solid gen AI tooling.
