Overview
As Senior Performance Video Creative, you will own the end-to-end paid video process for Kraken Consumer across product launches and campaigns. You bring AI-driven production into core workflows, building multi-market asset sets that perform across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X. You’ll shape culturally resonant concepts, maintain high craft standards, and collaborate with marketing, compliance and regional teams to scale impact while meeting regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own paid video for Kraken Consumer across launches, campaigns and always-on activity
- Create platform-native video for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit and X; tailor to each platform’s specs
- Concept and cut performance video as cross-format asset sets
- Produce AI-generated and AI-assisted video with scalable, repeatable workflows
- Generate ideas and briefs; pitch timely, internet-native concepts including experimental ones
- Version and localize video for multiple markets, languages, formats, and regulatory needs
- Incorporate testing design, interpret results, and iterate on hooks, concepts and cuts
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to maintain idea while approvals are secured
- Maintain high craft standards and clean project files for reuse
- Operate with speed—multi-market workstreams, multiple review rounds, and late changes
Key requirements
- 5+ years in performance video creative within high-volume in-house teams or performance agencies
- Strong portfolio with paid video, including AI-generated or AI-assisted pieces and data-driven outcomes
- Proficiency in end-to-end video production from concept to final cut
- High-level command of gen AI video and image tooling with demonstrable outputs
- Platform-native instincts across Meta, TikTok and YouTube with rationale for each build
- Experience in a structured creative testing program and fluency in metrics (thumb-stop rate, hook rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS)
- Strong internet culture fluency, comedic instincts, and sense for timely concepts
- Ability to work under tight timelines with multiple revision rounds and regulatory constraints
- Solid copywriting instinct for scripts and on-screen text (plain language, value-first)
