Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve payment rails across specific methods and geographic regions.
  • Lead partner integrations and manage relationships with payment processors, acquirers, and banking partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement of authorization rates, settlement speed, and overall user conversion.
  • Collaborate with fraud and compliance teams to ensure payment flows meet security, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Drive UX enhancements through structured experimentation and customer insights.
  • Ensure payment capabilities are scalable and adaptable across our consumer app, pro trading app, and external interfaces such as on/off‑ramps.
  • Use data to inform prioritization, track performance, and iterate toward better outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure.
  • Deep domain expertise in payment systems and rails, including bank transfers, card networks, and/or alternative payment methods.
  • Experience in EU markets.
  • Experience working on both backend systems (e. g. payment orchestration, API integrations) and user‑facing features.
  • A strong customer‑centric mindset, with a focus on simplicity, trust, and conversion in payment flows.
  • Collaborative and effective across engineering, design, fraud, compliance, and operations.
  • Comfortable working with data to define and measure product impact.
