You’ll align policy, monitoring, and case management to deliver regulator-ready, explainable automation. Collaborating with engineering and cross-functional partners, you shape how investigations are initiated, enriched, grouped, and documented to support audits and regulatory reviews. - Ship automation and AI within regulated workflows with proper controls and ongoing monitoring
- Maintain an operating rhythm with engineering and product managers, with clear, consistent delivery updates
Key requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years in financial-crime systems (e.g., transaction monitoring, investigations, case management, KYC/EDD or sanctions screening)

- Technical fluency to discuss data flows and system design with engineers
- Track record of shipping internal tools or operational platforms that change how an operations team works
