The team founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

This role will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for key fraud projects. • Collaborate with Engineering teams to define technical specifications, APIs, workflows, and operational processes for fraud and ATO.
  • Work closely with Legal, Fraud Strategy, and Ops teams to ensure products meet requirements across jurisdictions.
  • Partner with external vendors to define integration scope, capabilities, and technical requirements.
  • Build systems that support investigations, risk detection, and user protection while minimizing friction for legitimate client activity.
  • Prioritise initiatives that improve monitoring coverage, attribution accuracy, alerting quality, and operational efficiency.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in fraud, crypto, trading platforms, or financial infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of fraud processes and infrastructure.
  • Experience working with institutional trading products or financial market infrastructure.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, finance, compliance, and external vendors.
  • Experience managing API-based integrations with third-party providers.
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.

Nice to haves

  • Familiarity with ATO or Identity management.
  • Familiarity with Case Management automation leveraging AI.
  • Experience with legal, compliance or traditional finance regulations.
