The team will lead performance marketing across every channel, every market, and every audience segment Breakout operates in. This is a hands-on, in-the-trenches role - not a manager role. You are not here to manage people. You are here to run the accounts and set the strategy.
Reporting directly to the VP of Growth, you will own the strategy and the daily execution of all paid media worldwide – Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Reddit, YouTube, programmatic, endemic crypto publishers, and channels we have not tested yet. You will be inside every ad.
