Building the Future of Open Finance. Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.

The team founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.

Organic growth is being rebuilt. Traditional SEO is being disrupted by AI driven answer engines that synthesize information directly rather than listing links. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) is the emerging frontier, optimizing for LLM visibility, ensuring your brand and products appear in AI generated answers, and building content systems that earn organic presence in a world where the algorithm is an intelligence, not just a crawler.

As Growth Workflow Specialist (Organic Growth), you will automate and scale the organic growth engine. Working closely with our organic growth strategy lead, you translate SEO and AEO strategy into automated workflows, content brief generation pipelines, LLM visibility monitoring, content deployment automation, competitor gap analysis, and more. You are the person who takes what the strategist knows and makes it run at the speed and scale that only automation enables.

While your primary focus is organic search and content distribution, you will also contribute to automating other growth levers, including CRO content, onboarding copy, geo localized content workflows, and other growth surfaces, as the engine expands. The systems thinking transfers across every growth function.

The opportunity:

  • Build and maintain the organic growth automation pipeline, from keyword and visibility signal ingestion to content brief generation to CMS deployment.
  • Work with the organic growth strategy lead to translate SEO/AEO strategy into workflow specs the build team can implement.
  • Monitor LLM visibility across priority topics, products, and markets, and automate the alerting and response workflows when visibility shifts.
  • Automate content brief generation, pulling competitive gaps, search signal, and AEO data into structured briefs that feed the AI creative layer.
  • QA content outputs from the AI content agents, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and SEO/AEO best practice compliance before deployment.
  • Define knowledge base inputs for the organic growth agents, what content rules, standards, and market specific requirements should be codified.
  • Extend your systems thinking to other growth levers as the engine scales, CRO content, onboarding copy, localization workflows, and beyond.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years in SEO with strong technical understanding, you understand how crawling, indexing, and ranking work, and you think about content as a system.
  • Familiarity with AEO and LLM visibility concepts, you understand how AI answer engines work and what it takes to appear in them.
  • CMS and content pipeline experience, comfortable working with content management systems and automated content deployment workflows.
  • Systems thinking, you can map an organic content workflow as a series of triggers, decisions, actions, and measurements.
  • Data comfort, you can interpret organic performance data, identify what's working, and define what an agent should optimize for.
  • Strong written communication, your workflow specs become the build team's blueprints. Precision matters.

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with programmatic SEO or content automation at scale.
  • Familiarity with SEO monitoring, LLM visibility tracking, or competitive intelligence platforms.
  • Background in regulated industries where content compliance adds complexity.
  • Any hands-on experience with workflow automation or no-code orchestration tools.
  • Experience with AI content generation tools or LLM APIs.
