Where you’ll fit in

We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Leader to lead Kraken's commercial expansion across Europe. The primary job is to get Kraken invited into the strategic conversations where major BSS transformation decisions are being made - before procurement processes begin. Target markets include Europe and Middle East.

What you’ll own

  • Build and maintain C‑suite relationships across Tier 1 and Tier 2 telco operators across Europe.
  • Identify BSS transformation programmes and position Kraken ahead of RFP processes.
  • Work with industry analysts, advisors, and partners to build market presence and credibility.
  • Represent Kraken at European industry events and forums.
  • Translate operator pain points into commercially structured opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Kraken product and leadership teams to shape how we go to market in Europe.

What you’ll bring to the party

  • You are a senior sales or business development leader with deep roots in the European telecoms industry.
  • You open conversations by asking about operating models, not by showing product demos.
  • You think in multi‑year relationships, not quarterly bookings.
  • A proven track record selling BSS, OSS, or large‑scale IT transformation programmes to telco C‑suite - ideally from Amdocs, Netcracker, Ericsson, CSG, or other BSS incumbents.
  • Alternatively: senior operator‑side experience (CDO, VP Transformation, Head of BSS, or CIO direct report) with a strong commercial instinct.
  • Deep existing relationships across European operators - you open doors through reputation, not cold outreach.
  • Comfort operating at board and C‑suite level across technology and commercial functions.
  • Intellectual curiosity, gravitas, and low ego - you are consultative by nature.

Are you ready for a career with us? We want to ensure you have the right tools and environment to unleash your potential. At Kraken, we’re creating a team of genuine, honest, empathetic people. Our people are our strongest asset and the unique skills and perspectives people bring to the team are the driving force of our success.
