About our team

We're looking for a highly motivated individual, as an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our fast paced and growing Finance team ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments, whilst also dealing with internal and external customers.

Reporting into our Finance Manager, you will be part of a fun and exciting team, while we support your growth and career progression too!

What you'll do...

  • Process and review invoices and employee expenses
  • Prepare and process Pleo transactions
  • Prepare and make payments in a timely manner
  • Respond to, and action any stakeholder queries
  • Reviewing and resolve any ageing balances
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure P2P processes are adhered to
  • Conduct supplier and bank reconciliations
  • Opportunity to perform other ad hoc projects as assigned by your manager
  • Help with ad hoc general finance admin within the team

What you’ll need...

  • A degree in accounting, finance or equivalent with a 2:1 or finance or accounting experience
  • Previous experience working in an Accounts Payable team
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Ideally working experience using Netsuite accounting software and Pleo card
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Confident in communication and problem solving
  • Be able to work in a high volume, entrepreneurial environment
