  • Oversee the impact of OE\’s needs on Kraken\’s roadmap, manage client expectations, and scope projects.
  • Ensure client revenue aligns with contractual commitments, delivery, and invoicing.
  • Monitor the quality of the relationship, facilitate joint sessions, and manage escalations.
  • Align with Technical Account Managers to ensure tech development progresses and expectations are managed.

What you\’ll need:

  • An engineering background or extensive experience working in tech with engineers and product teams, understanding SaaS business models.
  • Experience with sales and delivery processes for complex B2B technology, working at senior levels, and managing P&L or quota roles.

  • Solid experience in the energy sector, ideally Energy Retail, or related transforming sectors like Telecom or Banking.
  • Established senior relationships with clients and partners, with examples of resolving issues or identifying opportunities.
  • Experience working in France and other European countries, sensitive to cultural differences; additional languages are a plus.
  • Empathetic, skilled at relationship-building, with C-level presence and ability to engage at all levels.
  • Experience with platforms similar to Kraken and data-driven decision-making.
