As Head of Product – Kraken Field, you will define the vision, lead roadmap execution, and elevate the product culture for a mission-critical platform that enables utilities worldwide to scale their field operations.
You will lead product managers, work cross-functionally, and influence at the leadership level to deliver intelligent, reliable, and scalable field service experiences.
What you\’ll do
- Play a key leadership role in shaping Field’s product strategy and GTM
- Lead, inspire, and grow a team of product leaders responsible for different capabilities and value streams within Kraken Field, setting standards and mentoring in a product-led culture
- Define and continually refine the platform vision, anticipating client needs and future-proofing functionality
- Establish and manage a strategic product roadmap and KPIs, prioritising features, enhancements, and fixes in collaboration with engineering, operations, client delivery, and customers
- Partner with senior stakeholders and clients to identify pain points and translate them into product opportunities, owning the end-to-end delivery cycle
- Define, monitor, and analyse key metrics and performance indicators, using insights to guide iterative improvements
- Champion product management excellence across Kraken Technologies, evangelising agile methodologies, user-centred design, and customer-first thinking
- Conduct market research, track trends in field service and energy technology, and embed learnings into future product innovation
What you\’ll have
- Proven track record in product leadership, ideally in Enterprise or B2B SaaS (experience in Field Services or Utilities strongly preferred)
- Strong strategic and vision-setting skills with the ability to align product direction to business goals and customer needs
- Deep familiarity with product management frameworks, agile development cycles, data-driven decision-making, and user-centred design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate between technical and commercial audiences
- Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments such as start-ups or scale-ups
- Curiosity, empathy, and active listening skills, with the ability to gather insights from across the organisation to shape product direction
- Fluency in English (additional European languages, e.g. French, German, Spanish, advantageous but not required)
- Knowledge or experience in energy utilities operations, EV deployments, heat pump servicing, smart meter logistics, or related domains – an advantage
