What You’ll Do

  • As a Leadership Development Global Practice Lead, you’ll define and lead Kraken’s global approach to developing leaders - from first-time team leads to CEOs - ensuring leadership becomes a true competitive advantage for our clients and for Kraken itself.
  • This is a senior, practice-building role for a recognised expert who can operate comfortably at executive level while designing scalable, human-centred leadership development at global scale.
  • Set the vision for leadership development at Kraken, defining a clear, global philosophy and approach.
  • Design and scale leadership development journeys across all leadership levels, embedded in real transformation and day-to-day work.
  • Ensure quality and consistency of Leadership Development Programmes (LDPs) globally, while enabling smart local adaptation.
  • Provide senior guidance and cover on complex or high-stakes leadership engagements, including executive and CEO-level work.
  • Build capability within Kraken, managing and developing a group of world-class facilitators to be able to deliver the ‘Kraken Magic’.
  • Work closely with Human Design, Org Design, Tech and Data to ensure leadership development is integrated, measurable and outcome-focused.
  • Represent Kraken externally through thought leadership in modern, human-led leadership and learning.

  • Strong quality standards for all LDP activity.
  • Executive-level leadership interventions for priority clients.
  • Thought leadership positioning Kraken at the forefront of leadership and transformation.
